§ 14-1. Board of health created.

The Rapides Parish Police Jury, in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes, Title 40 Sections 40:31 through 40:55, does hereby create a parish board of health to act in a advisory capacity to the police jury in matters of public health and perform such other duties in accordance with the powers authorized by said act.
