Hospital Service District No. 2 of the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, is hereby
created under the provisions of Section 1051 to 1067, both inclusive, of Title 46
of the Revised Statutes of 1950, all within the limits of the Parish of Rapides, and
shall comprise and embrace all the territory within the following described boundaries,
to-wit:
Commence at the southeast boundary of Lamourie School District Number 2; thence along
the line of Avoyelles and Rapides Parishes to its intersection with the Parish of
St. Landry to the Section line between Sections Ten and Eleven, Township One South,
Range One East (T1S, R1E); thence one-half mile west; thence to northern line of said
Section Ten; thence east to Section line between Sections Ten and Eleven, Township
One South, Range One East (T1S, R1E); thence north along the upper line of W. H. Lyles'
property to Bayou Boeuf to upper front corner of Compromise Plantation; thence along
upper line of Compromise Plantation to the rear corner thereof; thence on a line with
the same bearing to line of Lamourie School District Number 2, and thence along said
line to point of starting.
