§ 3-34. Same—Use and service charge.

The Rapides Parish Airport Authority is hereby authorized to impose and collect a use and service charge on each fare-paying passenger enplaning any commercial aircraft operating from the Esler Field Airport by any scheduled or supplemental air carrier. This use and service charge is not to exceed three dollars ($3.00); the said funds to be used for construction, operation and maintenance of Esler Field Airport.
