§ 3-67. Penalties for violation of division.

Each violation of this division shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
