§ 4-5. Permit required for each location; application for change of location; sale or services beyond scope of permit.

(a)

Separate permits shall be required for each place where alcoholic beverages are sold, either at wholesale or retail.

(b)

The sale either by wholesale or retail, where authorized, of such beverages shall be conducted only in the place of business specified and designated in the application for the permit, and no change of location of such business shall be allowed except after written application on a form provided by the parish tax administrator.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for any person to serve alcoholic beverages outside of the place or premises for which a permit is granted, provided that nothing in this section shall prevent the delivery of such beverages in unbroken packages or containers.

(d)

Exception: This section shall not apply to applicants holding a Class A Caterers permit.
