§ 2-3.2. Items to go to committee before being placed on agenda; exception.

  • (a)

    All items to be placed on the agenda must be brought up before the proper committee before the secretary-treasurer is authorized to place same on the agenda for the regular meeting.

    (b)

    Only by a two thirds () vote of the jury can any item be brought to the jury before it has gone to a committee.
